Amy made his debut last week at Toa Payoh stadium, against Balestier Khalsa. He came on in the 59th minute and took only 19 minutes to open his accounts in the Sleague. Recieving the ball on the right he went on his own and beat 3 Tigers' defenders before sending a left foot curler into the top left hand corner of Joey Sim's goal to grab the consolation of the night for the Eagles. Amy's overall play showed alot of promise as well. Amy is a player who's not afraid to take on defenders and the best thing is, this young lad is only 19 years old, and he will be eligible for the SEA games as well. A promising talent for the future definitely.
This post has been discussed with officials from Geylang United before released. Views are strictly of my own, and it has nothing to do with any other organisation in particular."
