President's Challenge 2011: Charity Soccer Game

The President's Challenge 2011 will be launching with a charity soccer game that pits Singapore's Soccer Legends against celebrities from MediaCorp. His Excellency, President S R Nathan will be in attendance.

Admission is free and the first 800 entrants will receive an attractive goodie bag that contains:
- A President's Challenge Polo T-Shirt
- A mousepad, adhesive wobbler and fan from the People's Association
- A cloth totebag from SingHealth
- Inflatable clappers from the Singapore Sports Council
- A collectible 2.5" Inter-Racial and Religious Confidence Circle Singa figurine OR a 1GB "Internet Safety at Work" thumbdrive from Microsoft!

When: Saturday, 19 March 2011
Time: 4.15pm (Gate will be open at 3.30pm)

About President’s Challenge

The President’s Challenge is an annual series of community-based activities to rally Singaporeans to get involved and extend a helping hand towards the less fortunate and needy in Singapore. The Singapore Totalisator Board and Singapore Pools are the Challenge Sponsors for all President’s Challenge events.

President’s Challenge 2011 hopes to raise at least $8 million. Over the last 11 years of fund-raising, the President’s Challenge has successfully raised over $100 million for more than 500 beneficiaries since it was founded in 2000.
